This was my favorite app for taking notes since the last 3 years. But ever since the new update, whenever I write on a pdf document and then close it, the INK DOESNT SAVE! I don’t know what is happening the the notes that I write down doesn’t save on the document anymore. Please fix this issue ASAP. As I my exams are starting from next week, and I need to use this app to write down notes and do questions!

It used to work perfectly before but now whenever I try to open it it crashes instantly, it’s got all my school documents please help! I tried reinstalling and literally everything that came to my mind but it’s still not working ,Help!

Suddenly I lost one of the most important documents that I have been working on for months! Now, it shows a lock icon on the file icon and when click to open the file it says “can’t open this file”. What is wrong?! Can I have this file back ? Thank you
