Texts appear small and are default to be small. Zoom is useless, once you remove the fingers, the zoom disappears and the view screen returns to its default setting. I barely finish reading a page and my eyes are hurt. This app is inferior in everyway compared to other reading apps, but I am forced to use as it is the only app that carries my textbook. What a shame!
It takes more than 60 seconds to load one page, which makes the ebook unusable.
I can never open the textbook, which is only reason I downloaded the app.
I can’t believe I paid 70$ for a text book and can’t even navigate through pages smoothly. Highly dissatisfied
The menu keeps popping up while I'm scrolling! Put page numbers in the table of contents! The top bar is too big. Let us swipe down on an image to close it instead of having to tap x. The textbooks are too expensive.

I’ve seen review and response here from users and developers, they always apologize and promise to improve. However, they’ve noticed problems like this since LAST YEAR, and I still experiencing this problem today. I use this system because my school’s class instruction, if I have my own choice, never use this again!
The app has a few bugs and quirks that sometimes make it frustrating to use. It’s a real shame that one is forced to use the Pearson app to read their textbooks versus using a more standard PDF reader. Pearson, I would suggest that, if you don’t want people to find alternate means of obtaining textbooks, perhaps you should offer a first-class reader environment.
It’s very hard to search information from the book or the notes. When I try to search it always tells me to try another term. Never succeeded in searching any information that I need.
