Check new baggage policy before buying

Starting 14th February baggage rights became a cluster f. I urge anyone to check it before too late Limiting carry on to 3 kg means I will not be able to carry my notebook. Which means I will not fly with you anymore

My Kirgizian debit card -Visa doesn’t approved - it says it’s American Express not acceptable.. it’s not American Express

Delay

This my third time traveling with them and two delays out of three, can’t believe how they are ignoring the passengers and everyone is wondering… At least update people about the delays and tell how long it will be…. The only good thing was giving water for free …

US Cards Not Accepted, Good Luck

Title says it all. Got no qualms about the app. Since I do not have a Turkish credit/debit card I am stuck on the ground. If you try to pay with US cards, you are in a big surprise because you cannot. God help you if you are in a hurry or in an emergency. My cards used to work, (at least in 2021) none of them works now, mind you there is no caveat or a warning saying “hey, we are a townie bush airline, pretending to be an international airline, so we don’t accept foreign bank cards, we accept only sack of flour.” —- Perhaps I should pay with krugerrand golds or a goat, maybe a bag of potatoes. I never write a negative review, unless the company is a zillion dollar mega corp, posing as “oh-so-customer-centric.” P..S: To the bogus “developer responses.” There is no such form or way to reach them or an option called “write to us.” So yeah, don’t believe any of these “responses.” Just for the fun of it, I tried everything. Crickets.

World Worst Airline

My flight got canceled by this airline, instead of booking on the next flight they told me to contact my ticket agency. My ticket agency didn’t find any records that the flight was canceled. I had to pay twice as much to rebook my flight. This is a scam to make people buy another expensive ticket. Avoid this airline.

Terrible in payment system

Your app most of times fail payments with foreign cards, I don’t understand how do you even can afford to lose all this business!! But please please hire a professional testing team and FIX the PAYMENT gate !!! And test it well! If it works for some people that’s not enough, it should work did all people!!!
