Bad app
It is a terrible application. It doesn’t work well. The light button, or any other function, might be on but the item is off. It looses communication with the camera metrology panel all the time. Need a new app

Heater doesn’t read after update
The heater doesn’t read after the latest update. Contacted support reporting a bug but have not heard anything back. It makes the app semi useless.
junk App from a company that refuses to do it right
the good reviews are not factual and are misleading If these were only reviews for folks who were forwd to migrate with the intellicenter it would be a 1 star nothing but issues and as I went to add a schedule the junk app locked up my intellicenter
Unhappy
App Works occasionally. Keeps asking for ip address . Would like to have the old app back.
Landscape view
The new app, unlike the previous app, does not rotate from portrait mode to landscape mode. Is there a setting that needs to be changed.
Unreliable and buggy
It’s painfully obvious that Pentair isn’t a software company. They sell pool hardware to pool installers. That’s their business. Software isn’t their thing. User interfaces aren’t their thing. Customer-facing applications aren’t their thing. Cloud services aren’t their thing. Pentair has a cloud service that’s cobbled together. It’s slow and glitchy and often unavailable. There are bugs in the interaction between their end user apps, their cloud servers, and the pool equipment in the field. Can’t connect to the cloud server? Try later. Try logging out and back in. Try restarting. Try all the things that you’d try with Windows 95 on a failing old PC. Pool equipment lost connection to the cloud server? Cycle power! Try later. Try all the things you’d do when dealing with buggy software. Pentair support seems to be so steeped in this mentality that they see it as normal. Just reboot! Just log out and back in! Just try tomorrow! Just wait for the next upgrade.
Horrible
Old app kept us connected, new app locks us out, new resets the pool schedule, new app is the worst.
Excellent and Stable
The App allows me to control every little detail of the pool and spa. Very customizable and it is very stable. Like it a lot!

Love the phone app but conflict conflicts with our existing Pier smart system.
