Great App & Sump Controller
Very well thought out and great functionality! So glad I got this!
Bon support / good technical support
J’ai eu un problème avec l’application et mon alarme intelligente (pompe de pousser) et dans les 2 cas le support de leur produit et de leur application est excellent. Pour l’application cela a pris un peu de temps (plusieurs courriels aller-retour) car c’était un bizarre de problème mais ils n’ont pas lâché et le tout est revenu en ordre. / I had an issue with the app and my smart alarm (push pump) and in both cases their product and app support is excellent. For the application it took a little time (several back and forth emails) because it was a weird problem but they didn't let go and everything came back in order.
Barely works
Lots of errors. Manual mode does not work at all

J’ai contacté le service pentair via l’app et j’ai eu un retour dans les 48 hrs afin de résoudre le problème de synchronisation avec les serveurs et mon intelliconnect , good job !

I’ve had only good experience with the wonderful people at Pentair. Tech support is amazing and everyone I’ve dealt with is prompt and knowledgeable. Thanks Tina and Jim !
App works well; great support
App works well if you have Pentair internet enabled water products. The newer devices have data logging and more advanced capability. Useful to keep an eye on important devices like sump pump, battery backup pump and submersible well pump. SMS notification wasn’t working properly but the developer team was quick to respond and fixed the issue. Good app and great support.
Opps something went wrong
Added my BBU to the app. It’s there, but when I try to click on it I get an error something is wrong. I have green lights all across gateway and BBU. Tried to send them a message through their app, get another oppss something went wrong error message. Tried to delete the BBU from the app and start over but you can’t. Tried to delete abs reinstall the app. My device is saved under my profile unfortunately so I couldn’t start over.
