Called and email multiple times times never received my welcome points there’s no service support
Upload your license or passport?!
The app will literally make you upload your drivers license or passport, yet it gives you no indication of what happens with this SENSITIVE data! Is it using a third party? No information whatsoever in the app or on their website!
Scam
Buyer beware! This company would log you out of your account all of sudden and customers service is unreachable. I cant access to my gift cards now. Scam!
Would you PLEASE Fix the Sign Up Process for DC Residents?
The app will not allow DC residents to sign up. It auto-locates a DC address but does not put DC into the “State” box and does not allow you to type it in. Come on!
Looking like a scam
My account was deactivated for “security reasons”. After 10 emails and multiple phone calls to the email and phone provided have all gone unanswered, I have little hope of actually earning the rewards I was promised. I also can’t even access the cards I paid for. At this point it looks like this company stole several thousand dollars from me.
Worse customer service
They don’t reply phone call or emails ever! I’ve tried to called many many times and left voicemails but never got back from them!! That’s crazy!!!
New user signed up spent $200 get $20.
ZERO customer service. Called and no one available to answered your call. Sent multiple emails and no response. Never got the $20 bonus.
Avoid, they don’t actually pay the signup bonus and will ignore your support emails
Avoid this app.
Pepper Rewards
Not happening anymore! I’ve used this app for a few years now with mixed feelings. I have saved a lot of money but there have been several hiccups in the process. Now the app all of a sudden stopped working and I uninstalled it and reinstalled and updated but it still does not work. I called their customer service number twice and left messages with no response.
