Cant register properly
Tried to register and all questions has been answered but keeps on saying error in parameter. Pls fix this asap
Cannot create a bank account
Freshly downloaded this app. Then I can’t create an account. It only says “Error in Parameter”. I’ve already changed case sensitive options.
THE APP TAKE MY MONEY
Literally during bank transfer, I attempt to transfer my funds to gcash, the app says I have insufficient balance! So I immediately modify the amount and deduct the fees but still have the same result!! Then I refresh the app and relogin to the account, when I got back in the funds are no longer in the account nor I received any amount!!! I contacted the support provide relevant proofs and asked me repeatedly about the information I already provided in the email, which makes it worst! After providing it to their team, i kindly ask for quick resolution and they say they will escalate it, but nothing happened and instruct me to wait up to 10 WORKING DAYS??? Are you serious? YOUR UP CRASHES AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ME THAT LONG??? I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS??? ILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN NEITHER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
Issue about receiving transaction
This version cannot receive transactions. My application is up to date but it always says that the MTCN is invalid. What will I do?
It doesn’t work on IOS 16

Please fix the radio buttons sa "Financial Information" page. Hindi ko sya ma-click. Asap please🙏

The app is useless I can not access my account. Why make an app if it useless. What a waste of time

Cant log in
The app opens but when you try to log in it crashes and when you open it again it will ask you to log in again so i cant even open the app
