So you are getting started in the CrossFit world and there are a ton of things to focus on. Where do you start? This program provides some generalization for you to get started by following along with the videos. However, try to reach out and get further guidance or ask questions, there is limited to no help provided. Responses are delayed with no follow up. There are better apps in the market place that offer a comprehensive package. If you are looking for how to master form and build strength, this can help. If you are looking for guidance and further help, look elsewhere.
I was confused on what the programming offered so ended up starting the wrong program and messaged about how to correct the issue, but was charged for the wrong program anyway and my message was never answered.
I’m having trouble setting up an account. I’ve downloaded the app on the screen that comes up it asks for an email and password. WhenI put in my email and password it says there is a problem, but doesn’t say what the problem is. Can you help
The engine builder plan wont log the first workout that sets the baseline. You cant resume a workout and some of the workout in the routine wont log so I have to use another app to ensure all my workouts are logged

The programming from Zach and Pamela on the app is great. There is a wide variety of programs that you can add to your existing program to help you get to your training goals. Would highly recommend. App has always worked well for me.
This app is a gold mine of information, mobility work and strength programming from 2 of the best in the business. I have done the strict handstand push up and was able to get one before I completed the program! I chose to do the annual subscription to ensure consistency. It gives you access to ALL the programs! Working on my overhead mobility now! 10/10 recommend!
I have completed Zach & Pamela’s chest to bar, toes to bar and two handstand push-up programs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for accessory programming to improve my skills. The volume of work is easily implemented on top of my 4-5 days of CrossFit. My gymnastics shapes have significantly improved and there has been a ton of skill transfer and improvements in the gym!
