All data was deleted. Tried to restore from local and only 2 periods tracked from over a year ago. I’m devastated! Years of time went into this app and it’s all gone :’(

Deletes data
I’ve been using this app for many years. In the last few years, every 3-6 months it will randomly delete my data, then I try to restore it but it doesn’t restore all of it and throws off my tracking completely. It’s gotten to the point where I’m sick of it and have moved to another app. Fix this issue and the effectiveness of restoring data even if this does occur.
No data
The app was great but I had to log in again and it’s cleared all my data except for some notes I did in the diary section I’ve restored my data, and my account is correct but still missing
Cleared my past entries!
Have been logging for the last few months, and today logged in to find there was nothing left. I have an important trip coming up there is no record whatsoever! Please advice customers if there is any restrictions on using. I'd rather stick with a physical diary now.
Lost data
Just wiped years worth of data tracking migraine, endo symptoms, etc. Was happy with it until this point.
Constant lose of data
The “restore data” doesn’t work, only gave back half the logged info. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. So p*ssed of!!

So easy to have a record of my moods. And it’s free 😍
Wiped all my data
Been using this app since I was 15, everything was tracked including my first period, first time, etc. Opened the app today and ALL my data was wiped, I’m actually so sad. According to other reviews this has happened to so many women, FIX IT.
