Absolute shambles. Update asked me to login. Unable to log in. All data lost. I am so upset. I am unable to get back. Was not able to register before and was never asked to login with email as only passcode was used. I won’t be using this app again and will delete. Customer service email bounces back.
Continually logs me out and loses all of my dates so I can’t keep track. Literally its only job…
After an iPhone update all my data was wiped from this app! Nightmare. A quick google shows me others have had the same issue with this specific app. I have another similar app where my data was not wiped so will continue using that one. This needs fixing asap. No one has time to re-enter all their monthly data into the app again.
Went I updated my phone all my menstrual and IVF data for many many years was lost and the customer service was horrific. Under no circumstances.
Good at predicting but sometimes deletes half the data so make sure you keep a note elsewhere too
I have had the app for 11 years and never had an issue, until the recent update. I am now unable to login and the app does not recognise my login criteria at all. I have a medical condition and really need to have access to my records. Also, the email address provided on your website no longer works and the é email bounced back. Can you please advise ? Every attempts I made, reverts to the app
I’ve been using this app for many years to help track my endometriosis symptoms, but I have to switch it will randomly delete large chunks of my entries. This has happened on multiple occasions and I’m so disappointed. Ive been emailing back and forth with the app creators, who keep making promises to retrieve my data but nothing happens. I would show the data collected on this app to doctors to help manage my condition and decide about treatments, so loosing my entries is a big deal. Don’t use this app, go for something more reliable
This app used to be incredible but since the rebrand I’ve lost all my data and notes and no-one responds back on the support email on the ap nor when you email directly. Very poor customer services
Like many other reviews, my years worth of data has been lost after recent updates and changes to the app. The developer’s answer to others’ reviews is insufficient and just insulting. This is an app issue they need to fix.
I have been using this app for years and loved it and it asked me to login and it has lost all of my data I’m not happy at all
