is there any method for downloading all the data? I have been using this apps from 2014, this was a really really nice apps until I change my phone:(

I can't use it anymore, after I changed to iphoneX

It is a really good app, I have been using it for few years already, however after I switched to iPhone X, I can no longer use it, even they have few updates. How can I use it again? I just want my data back. No, all my old up iPhones had been sold already, I dun hv any of my old data, if I delete this app, and re install, can the data be kept after reinstalled?
