ある店舗のカードの為にダウンロードしました。 ついでに、別店舗のカードも登録しようと検索機能を開いたら、海外のカードを含めて膨大な量が！ 設定で国を指定してるんだけどな〜、、、

Went thru a whole lot of trouble with Samsonite to redeem the voucher as they claim that the redemption can only be made once whether or not it has been used or not. When u slide to redeem, you can go back to your screen without risking loosing the voucher even though it was not used. Shouldn’t each barcode contain specific information about the type of voucher linked to a specific type of user? This is a terrible system. I work in tech and this is totally unacceptable to be release into production.

I was having issues adding items to cart. The customer service reached out to me and help me to solve the problem in 10mins and it works! I emailed support 3 days ago about deleting my account but they haven’t replied. 👍 Edit: seriously, I tell you I sent you an email and you tell me to message on Facebook instead? Just reply the email ffs. (I’ve deleted my FB acc.)

Was required to set up using mobile number. Mobile data connection was stable. However, when I was instructed to verify using the code which would be send via sms. It was not send to me. I’ve tried multiple time waiting for the sms number but did not receive it. Inefficiency in the system.
