I emailed support 3 days ago about deleting my account but they haven’t replied. 👍 Edit: seriously, I tell you I sent you an email and you tell me to message on Facebook instead? Just reply the email ffs. (I’ve deleted my FB acc.)

Was required to set up using mobile number. Mobile data connection was stable. However, when I was instructed to verify using the code which would be send via sms. It was not send to me. I’ve tried multiple time waiting for the sms number but did not receive it. Inefficiency in the system.

I had some difficulties with some of my cards and email them. The customer support Shun helped me resolve the problems promptly. Thanks 👍
