Everything was okay until I was kicked out of the app and not able to re-log in because I’m not getting the reset password. I tried to ask for new password multiple times but until now I’m not able to get it.

I was having issues adding items to cart. The customer service reached out to me and help me to solve the problem in 10mins and it works! I emailed support 3 days ago about deleting my account but they haven’t replied. 👍 Edit: seriously, I tell you I sent you an email and you tell me to message on Facebook instead? Just reply the email ffs. (I’ve deleted my FB acc.)

Was required to set up using mobile number. Mobile data connection was stable. However, when I was instructed to verify using the code which would be send via sms. It was not send to me. I’ve tried multiple time waiting for the sms number but did not receive it. Inefficiency in the system.
