Perlego: Your online library

I’m amazed of the size of this collection. It really covers different areas, with hundreds of titles in each. The deal is a thousand times better than the one offered by Amazon and others. Oh, app is great.

I have an account created at the desktop version and it doesn’t connect (btw: I am using a password managers).

The amount of books available is impressive and really valuable for students, professionals and teachers. However, the images in the books are usually misplaced, with text running no top of them, making them hard or impossible to understand. The App also crashes everytime i need to switch to another app on my ipad, so Its annoying when you need to take a note or to do a Google search for exemple. You Will need to restart the App and find the book that you were reading. It does no allow you to copy and paste text through the ipad, so it Can be counter intuitive if you are preparing a presentation or Paper, for example. The progress of the book is not visible for the reader, instead, you Will see the progress of the session or chapter, so it can be hard to have a vision of how long it Will take for you to finish a book.

It’s a great place for me to get access to textbooks for my classes at university. The team was also quick to help and fix the issues I was having.

A few minor inconveniences have been fixed with the new update! One thing that has been fixed due to the new lateral scrolling feature is that now, the figures and images in the textbooks are always visible. Before, they would not load at all, and I would have to zoom in and out to make them appear. Overall, great app and a great update. Thank you!

Have one year subscription, very bad user experience.

What an incredible app! My textbooks are so expensive. Perlego gives me access to the books I need for a fraction of the price. I recommend Perlego to all of my fellow students 🙌🏻

Trying to use a travel guide book via you - it’s a nightmare! Can’t zoom on maps, can’t search in the app !!!

I love this app! As a geeky reader, I used to buy tons of books until I barely had enough space to keep them, and I also spent quite a lot of money. I was sooo happy to find Perlego. They have really good titles and authors that I love! 💜 It has been quite helpful because sometimes I bought books that I didn't end up liking the content of, but with this app, I can have a look through them without having to make the decision to buy. Everything they have is accessible to everyone with your monthly subscription -no additional costs! and they keep adding books every week, which is fascinating. I can even download up books from the app and read them offline, which is super handy, especially when traveling or in areas with poor wifi. 100% recommend it! 😍

Perlego has great content but is let down by the app and web interface. It’s worst for ‘PDF only books’ on iPhone where pinch to zoom is essential but the pages glitch and scroll randomly. Web access has similar but different glitches. Have never got ‘Read Aloud’ to work on my iPhone which is where the feature would be most useful. Get these things sorted and I’ll subscribe again. If you only read books on a large computer monitor or laptop you could have a better experience but that doesn’t work for me. I don’t have a laptop and don’t want to sit at a desk to read.
