Perlego: Your online library

I was always looking for an app that reads out loud without that ridiculous robotic voice, this app also has artificial voice, but it does not distract me from content, and all the books i want are available! How incredible! Totally sold

Great variation of books. Using it for personal development. Started using Perlego in my Laptops Chrome browser. Other that one smaller complain, it works perfectly. The app on the other hand needs lots of work. Pictures and tables are not visable and with lager tables the app even tends to freeze. The only thing that’s even worse is the mobile version in the browser where you can’t even highlight or take notes (Chrome on iOS)

Super resourceful and reasonably priced. Functionality, however, is a problem: 'reset zoom' doesn't always work once zoomed in, and pages occasionally overlap over one another when attempting to scroll down (iPhone and iPad). Happy to continue using the app but the user experience definitely needs more work.

I wish developers use the app themselves. Because there are obvious pain points which make me to cancel the subscription - you cannot see the definition of unknown word which is super strange and uncomfortable, plus on restart the app opens last book from the wrong position, so you have to scroll manually to find where it was, and sometimes you get blank screen and you need to reload again, not to say that loading time is quite big. I am going to stick with Amazon subscription and app for now, as the UX is much better there.

Bei den Büchern, die mich interessieren, läuft der Download nicht. Angefangene Bücher kann ich nicht weiterlesen. Von der Idee her gut. Die Umsetzung ist mangelhaft; leider!

Good selection of books for university and self development. Highly recommended

Titel die auf der Homepage verfügbar sind finde ich in der App nicht.

In my iPad or iPhone the app constantly shows content totally blank. To fix the issue you have to close and reopen the app multiple times. This happens over and over again. I tried using the ‘Report issue’ or ‘Contact us’ features in the app and it did not work.

I really love the interface design, however there are just too many books unavailable :(
