I started to use this app earlier this year and I have been facing the same problem every time I get booked. Some owners book early before the date, but they don't respond when I ask about their location and some information. So, my little suggestion is to please send a reminder to pet owners through email or any connected app since we can't share our phone number there for fast conversations. I had no choice but to cancel some bookings because they never replied to my messages, which is disappointing. Please make some changes to your app. 🙏🏻
