在我不知道如何找寻宠物寄养的地方时，pet backer 很快帮我推荐了满意的寄养家庭，非常感谢！

I started to use this app earlier this year and I have been facing the same problem every time I get booked. Some owners book early before the date, but they don't respond when I ask about their location and some information. So, my little suggestion is to please send a reminder to pet owners through email or any connected app since we can't share our phone number there for fast conversations. I had no choice but to cancel some bookings because they never replied to my messages, which is disappointing. Please make some changes to your app. 🙏🏻

Not working

Very easy to navigate, my only complaint is that the app keeps showing me the red notification circle even though I have no new notifications.

I’ve just adopted 2 cats (since longgg time havent taking care of any pets). And while I was looking for a regular pet hotel in google i came across this app and it was a blast! When i see those who are near to me, i feel more confident to talk/book the sitter. And the process of creating your request is very clear and 100% trustable. Although the app looks a bit.. old? Hahah but hey, it works finee than most ‘scammy’ looks app out there. And the sitter in there was verified thoroughly as well. So all in all im definitely stick to this app in future✨💯 (Oh and not just for cats ya, for all pets!)

Really ridiculous sitter! Profile mentioned that really loves animals!pet lover blablabla… Not the truth! Two very very bad sitter we met! Never ever trust this apps again! Really disappointed and extremely angry with these two fellow! Hope you guys wont meet them to take care your pets!

The apps sometimes lagged and glitched, makes me failed to get some jobs..

I encounter one unfortunate woman as a pet owner that want to hire me as petsitter for her cats for 3 days but she has a small budget only, even I give her maximum discount, she still cannot afford it but the apps does not allowed amendment to fit her budget which she changed her request to 1 day only and she also discussed with her housemate to help her for the remaining 2 days. I talk to 4 Help Center personnels and they all stand that the petsitter should not try to help her at all. if she does not have money to pay for her request, then just let her go and let the cats unsupervised for 3 days. The funny thing is, if the apps don't allowed amendment of request, then why you guys create a button to do amendment at the first place? Disappointed and I do really surprised on how this apps treat non-rich people.
