Good all but a bit buggy selecting start and end times when requesting sitters

Payout for completed pet sitting job appears in PetCloud wallet but transferring from PetCloud to bank account is impossible, only gives an error “insufficient funds in Stripe account”. Sometimes emailing Accounts gets prompt action, other times multiple emails over weeks go unanswered. Still waiting for my money from my latest job. 11 days and counting with no response from PetCloud.

I signed up yesterday, completed the training which took hours, paid for and completed police check, updated my profile. All of today the app hasn’t loading anything, only a blank screen and the website shows as ‘can’t be reached’. I hope this is fixed otherwise money has gone down the drain!! 😭

Really bad at filtering for sitters. I say I have a cat, and it shows me sitters that only mind dogs. What’s the point of collecting this data from both parties if it’s not used to show you relevant search results.

I can’t speak highly enough of the pet sitter I found for my Westie. PetCloud made the process easy and I love the fact that I am also supporting a local Aussie business! Recommend to everyone. 🐶

Not user friendly in the slightest, the website is super slow, won't save my completed course and the app won't allow you to make/save any changes

I can’t even get past the sign up page… I’ve entered all my details but everytime I click save & next, nothing happens. Don’t waste your time downloading!

Cant update pet profile on iphone. When I go to the website to update, the changes don’t translate across to the app. This has led to pet sitters getting incorrect information about my pet. Super frustrating. Also, the price listed in the search results is not what the sitters are actually charging. You don’t find this out until you go to request a booking. Sorry, but the competitor app is much better.

Worst program I have ever used. Firstly, the code that comes via SMS must be entered within 5 seconds, otherwise it will not be relevant later. It is not always possible for the code to be automatically processed, but there is no button to send it. It is very annoying in the program that you need to confirm some documents, which nothing is written at all, and you can’t even see people who are sitting with animals without confirming these Documents. It is not clear what documents to confirm. this program is very annoying, spent an hour and a half, and did not come to anything. Waste of time! 😡
