I bought this feeder so my dog has food dispensed during the week when I travel. The app is constantly losing its schedule configuration, so now I need to pay someone to check on him daily in case the feeder doesn’t work. HOW ABOUT FIXING THIS BUG INSTEAD OF YOUR LOGO BEFORE YOU KILL SOMEONES PET??!!
Love the feeder but the app is very hard to navigate. When I got a new internet, it took me forever to figure out how to set it up. I had to delete the current device and add a new one. I’ve been trying to figure out how to change the feeding schedule for the last 30 minutes. Needs some work
Just won’t “activate” no matter what I try. Bluetooth issues, just a terrible app. Wont feed according to the set schedule.
The feeder itself is already expensive and now ads start showing up at launch.

I’ve had my automatic feeder for 2.5 years and it has worked well until recently. The app is old and the firmware hasn’t been updated in at least a year, but my main concern is WiFi connectivity - for the past few days it has been disconnecting every single day and multiple times a day. Before, I could count on it to disconnect maybe once a month MAX and if it disconnected then I knew my WiFi was most likely down. But now it’s become a nuisance… I have a reliable internet connection so I don’t understand what the problem is.
This app is so buggy. Look at the last time it was updated.. over a year ago. The auto feeder is bad too. The red sensor for low food no longer works, food gets stuck, the food won’t dispense properly and the Logs will say that it was a ‘success’.
I set a time to feed my cat at 3 am so she doesn't wake me up. I noticed the feeding schedule hasn't worked for 3 days!!!!

I've had a Petlibro Granary PLAF103 for 1.5 years and it works with the PETLIBRO LITE app. I just adopted a new cat and bought another feeder of THE SAME MODEL PLAF103 but it ONLY works with the PETLIBRO app. They are the SAME model and they do not work with the SAME app. I have to have TWO different apps to feed my cats, this is pointlessly inconvenient and if this is not resolved I will return
