Love the products so far, but the app? Ugh. It’s terrible. Doesn’t update accurately. Uses military time. Keeps deleting my devices. That’s 3 days in. If you’re going to make “smart” devices, you need an app that functions.

Only uses military time, inconsistent weight records, and there is no way to reset the fragrance timer on this app. Also the weird descriptions of when the cats used the litter box are unnecessary.

We have been using PetSnowy Litter Boxes since November 2023 and it has made our cats very happy! We have no issue with the PetSnowy Litter boxes themselves.. it is the app that has recently started glitching badly (February 2024). I’m not a software developer, but there needs to be some bug fixes. App is not collecting usage data properly anymore. Even after resetting weight several times, the app is stating there is a cat in the box.
The top keeps reporting that it is removed. Today the app says my machine was removed. The exact message, “The device has been removed”. There is a confirm button at the bottom of the alert, no further indication why the device was removed now how to readd the device. Two stars until I can use the app to control my device
Please add reset weight function to the app. If the weight sensor gives a false positive while I’m away from home, the machine cannot function.
Well so far not off to a great restart! Won’t connect to my WiFi. I am a professional network IT technician and I’ve tried every type of setting to work with compatibility issues but it still fails at 15%. I’m giving up and returning the product after I bought a package deal that includes all of their products.
PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!!! I want to be able to change it 12 hr format. 24 hr format works my anxiety! Please update app so we have a choice of the time format.
Everything works, I noticed if you go out of the app after pressing the cleaning cycle it has an error where it will say cleaning was paused(in the app) but the cleaner no was actually completed. The best way around is to press reset (in the app) and then close it completely and reopen it. But sometimes that doesn't work and it will just be stuck on resetting the globe. and I’ve had to uninstall the app and then reinstall it and add everything again in order to use the app features. Hope this bug get addressed soon.
Unlike some of the grumbly people in the reviews, I love the cute messages that go along with the notifications. This app functioned really poorly when I first got it but I’ve already seen improvements. I’d like if it could do a bit more, such as A, more comprehensive logs/summaries B, better push notifications for messages
