It is very frustrating that lock can randomly disappear from app and you must access the lock physically to add it again. I bought this lock so I can get notifications and camera when far from home and once it’s disappeared from the app I lost remote access to it completely. Very very FRUSTRATING! I should have bought the SAMSUNG lock instead.

Why can we not use the app in two devices simultaneously? It’s just annoying because it logs you out every time the other person in home logs into the app. Do something for this please, bcoz what’s the point of the app if only one person can log into it at a time.
