Philo: Shows, Movies & Live TV

Listen this app has a lot of potential. However, this seems a bit glitchy and buggy. There should be no reason I am in the middle of watching one of my favorite show. Just completely shuts down not to mention y’all just raised the within the past year. I understand, turn into profit and yada yada yada however that shouldn’t come at who are paying you their hard earned money to watch their favorite shows. This needs to be fixed or yall are going to start to losing customers to the pricier subscription services. I would prefer to stay with y’all because of the availability of certain shows. But the bugs have to be fixed in order for me to keep returning every month. FIX IT!!

This app is horrible I just paid 28 dollar for this app and it keeps buffering stating I’ve when u call the number for Philo customer support it say that the number isn’t work why r y’all taking peoples money I will unsubscribe from Philo soon as my 28 dollars run out this is so sad

I was charged 31.77 when I was under the impression that I was being charged 27.99 for the year and not month to month. Please fix this or refund my money, thank you and happy holidays.

App is okay. Commercials like 3-5 minutes long and it’s really annoying. Almost 30 dollars a month, not worth it at all.

$30 a month… and also you need multiple adds that amount to over 3 mins each… heck no. This is the price of 4 streaming APs all in one. Using the free trial and canceling after.

I don’t mind the ads. My issue is that you all will constantly post episodes incorrectly. For example, Married at First Sight Season 18 episode 9. It says it’s the new episode however when I click on it, it’s the AFTERshow and not the actual Show. Please post the actual show - episode 9 Edit: I don’t know if someone say review but The issue has been fixed! I initially rated Philo 1 star. But now it’s 4. I also see a lot of ppl complaining about reviews, but the one good thing about this app is that you can FAST FORWARD the ads, unlike with other streaming services. If you’re have g connections issues check your WiFi ppl.

Rip off

To pay for an “upgrade” to still watch ads and still needing to purchase channels for additional content is insanity.

6 min commercials just too much for the cost

While they offer some quality movies etc, this is the most insane commercial streaming I’ve ever experienced. They show the EXACT same commercial 4 or 5 times in a row. 14 commercial sessions lasting a bit over 3 minutes each during a 2 hour movie. 42+ minutes of the same commercial for 1 short movie. I am definitely not keeping this after my free subscription expires. I think they seriously need help. Maybe a good job opportunity if your talent lies that way.
