Didn’t get sms to verify number

Guys, seriously I paid for three months and just can not use it bc I can’t verify my number, since sms wouldn’t be sent after 5, FIVE times I tried. Please return my money. Oh, and one more- stop using Russian flag for Kazakhstan in the sms code window . Kazakhstan is an independent state with a beautiful flag, so could you please use it. Thanks

Complaint

Hello! I want to complain about the disgusting quality of this application! We demand a refund! When we tested the recording, everything was fine. Then we recorded a real conversation, and it was chunks, terrible quality. It was impossible to make out the words. We bought a subscription, but we cannot record the conversation. What can we do to get the money back?
