I downloaded the application I payed but I can’t have the code to enter now it’s more than 1 week please try to do something

I paid the subscription, and waiting to receive an sms with code but till now nothing received and i cannot use it 😞😞😞😞 Please can you send me the code as soon as possible .. Since i could not use it Please refund me . I do not want to have this application
Poor application
Unfortunately this is extremely awful poor bad application I’ve ever seen. Substandard inferior unwelcome I hate it I loose it. I never recommend it for anybody. It doesn’t work. Don’t try it don’t use it don’t buy it.
