The app doesn’t even work and I was prompted with a three day free trial but I was charged anyway because I must’ve downloaded the app and use the trial many years ago but it didn’t work then either. Apple won’t refund me, app is useless for photo duplicates. Would be really great if they could just make the iPhone tool index properly.
Finds a huge number of duplicate contacts and photos, I click merge and it says it’s doing something but everything is still there?! Have tried multiple times, nothing. Waste of time and money.
App keeps crashing my iPhone is new so I know it’s not from my end. I tried resetting my phone and re-downloading the app multiple times and it just keeps crashing. What a shame.
App keeps closing when I open it. Very frustrating. Might have to delete and try something else.
Not working
Read loads of reviews about the app crashing and they’re not wrong - just downloaded it for the first time and I can’t even get it to open. I’m on IOS 13. Such a shame because the reviews PRIOR to this update were really good. Please fix :(
