Phone Cleaner: Misleading and Useless
Phone Cleaner is an incredibly frustrating and misleading app. It’s filled with ads that won’t let you do anything without interruptions, and although it promises to help clean up your phone, almost every feature is locked unless you make a payment. When you try to delete files, it forces you to watch long ads, and in the end, it only lets you delete 10 videos. The worst part is that it selects those videos or images randomly, so you can’t even choose what to delete. It’s a total waste of time. Edit(7-11-2024): Thank you for responding, but it seems you missed the main points of my feedback. Your app’s functionality is severely restricted by intrusive ads, and the experience is frustrating and misleading. Saying that users can ‘explore basic features for free’ doesn’t address the problem—ads are so constant that the app is almost unusable. Plus, allowing users to delete only a limited number of files, chosen at random, is impractical and goes against the purpose of helping clean up the phone. The offer of a 3-day free trial doesn’t resolve these issues; it only pushes users to pay to avoid a poor experience. Your response makes it clear that user satisfaction isn’t prioritized, and it seems like the company cares little for the actual software quality or the people using it.
