The new update has a few glitches. When you book things on the app it won’t show up. You have to swipe right or left to see it appear on the appointment books. When deleting or moving appointments the same thing happens. It lags… Not sure why.

I like the scheduling app, the only thing I would change.. I wish it would send a notification once a new appointment is scheduled. I feel like Im going crazy constantly checking my phone to see when/if anyone schedules.

I feel the original version was ok but love the new app. As a team manager, the functionality of the app, goal tracking visibility for the entire team and the roster are wonderful. Cant wait to see what is in store for future updates! Can’t imagine it could be better?

New app is awful and full of bugs. Don’t use this app if you want a reliable scheduling app

The look is somewhat nicer but also not really. I feel like every time i try to do something there ends up being so many other things happening. Other app was simple. We like simple. Could have amped up the look without changing all the extra stuff. Same goes with the desktop app

It’s a hit or miss whether I get check in notifications or not- most of my coworkers get zero notifications, so I guess I’m lucky. But looking at days when I have to scroll to see who else is on the schedule, there is a glitch where it shows everyone who will be in, but there will be one solid column of appointments but there is no telling who it is for until you click on each individual appointment. This app is terrible, and I miss the first one. Never had any issues with it. If it wasn’t broken, why did you try to “fix” it?

My entire team loves it! Love that it reflects closely to the desktop version. So we can do more on the go and around the salon. 100% better! Anyone else complaining about it are only stupid hairstylists that probably use elementary color lines because they can’t even learn the color wheel.

Really miss old layout, don’t like new one as much. Not as user friendly as last. I do like the thought of the how you can get to the dates and see it from a month perspective, but booking and navigating the system for clients have not been easy.

Not really sure why they changed the entire layout. Don’t fix what isn’t broken…? Phorest claims that they are people who work in salons so they understand what we need. I truly question that. I’m a stylist who has been using 2.0 for months now and it still stinks. It’s really not user friendly or intuitively set up. I could go on, but obviously nobody is liking this version either. Sigh.
