Great app. Only thing that is needed is tracking ability. No tracking info available in the app. Orders tab will show as completed but nothing else. We will have to contact support through email for getting the tracking information. Sometimes you won’t get the help needed from support either. They will ask you to wait for 14 days.
downloaded the app because the website wasn't working and I wanted to make a blanket, but the app doesn't even have a blanket so I deleted it as it is of no use to met
The service is very basic and therefore quite expensive, plus the customer service is inexistent. I had a promo code that just expired, I asked for some help or if they could extend it for few more days (very easy to do) but instead received a very bad generic answer from their CS. So I’ll definitely not spend one dollar there

$20 for shipping is ridiculous. Spent $75 for 75 pictures which is more than anywhere else. Also says up to 14 days for shipping compared to most places with next day
Yeah, just not worth it. Shipping was $11.XX cad. I can get the same amount of pictures locally for the same price if not a little cheaper. Not worth it. That’s even with winning $20 from McDonald’s monopoly. So technically don’t really win anything
Shipping is astronomical like $19 shipping for a magnet? And it doesn’t even let you browse properly the products you have to select a photo first so like? I want to browse all the products then pic a photo but I don’t even bother ordering even though I have a $20 gift card. trash all around
