This is the most exasperated I have ever been ordering reprints. What happened to the easy old Walmart photos sight?!!!!

I order some pictures and didn’t give me a day of delivery I try put my email and it just doesn’t work when it ask for the code , I paid and I feel like I got robbed tbh I don’t recommend this app it’s doesn’t feel safe either

It is difficult to see the sizes photos can be printed in.

The app is easy and convenient to use.

Not very clear on directions.

I shopped around and the prices here are unbeatable!

Terrible app and terrible support. Does NOT make it clear that you are submitting your order and ask for a final confirmation - you push continue expecting to go to a page with the total and payment information where you confirm the order, but it just sends the order with no confirmation. Once you place an order there is nothing showing when the pictures are supposed to be ready. And don’t bother emailing support because it takes two days to hear back from them and even then they don’t actually answer the issue you contacted them about - they just reply saying the photos are ready to be picked up. Just terrible all the way around. Will NOT be using the app again.

The app is easy enough to use for ordering prints, but I couldn’t find where I might like to have my photo printed in black and white. Also couldn’t find gift options such as a coffee mug.
