O app era muito bom, rodava redondo. Inventaram de fazer uma atualização e ficou péssimo. Travando direto e vc não consegue mais exportar nada.

Sempre isso, gostei e indiquei o app. Sempre paguei, há anos; assinatura anual. Hoje atualizou. Parou de funcionar. Não abre.
Nova atualização
O aplicativo sempre foi muito bom, sem nenhum problema. PORÉM ESSA NOVA ATUALIZAÇÃO ESTÁ TUDO MUITO RUIM não consigo recuperar meus dados, o aplicativo não tem mais algumas funções … sem dúvidas as versões antigas são melhores.. está péssima essa nova atualização

Ficou terrível , quando abre demora demais …. E sempre está dando erro , espero que consigam voltar o que era antigamente….. pq aí pelo menos consegue rodar .

Ao atualizar o app perdi todas minhas fotos e videos, mandei 3 mensagens para o suporte e não retornam, é uma falta de respeito tu pagar pra ter segurança de alguns arquivos e mesmo pago perder as coisas e nao darem satisfação nenhuma
Recuperação de fotos e arquivos
Minhas fotos e meus arquivos sumiram e não sei como proceder. Quando entro no app, consta que esta vazio. Porem, eu sempre fiz backup no itunes e no icloud. Gostaria de saber como recuperar meus arquivos.
