- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, depending on the chosen plan
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

The old app was awesome , this new version doesn’t boot up , customer services jus5 keep promising a new update which will solve the problem . All my data gone absolute trash
Really mixed bag
Recent update now requires you to have an “account” which isn’t great but does allow apple login so at least you don’t have to share your real email and likely get spammed. Also, slideshow mode, although now having random as an option, doesn’t full-screen; you still get the home bar, date/time and battery/signal indicators which again, not great especially for a photo slideshow.
Terrible customer service
They recently updated the app and migrated the storage and it completely lost all my files. Despite repeated emails to them, they have not resolved this problem over a week later. I would not recommend trusting this app at the moment until they sort out the problems.

It was not as good as I thought it would be
Decent app, but annoys you by demanding a review.
Decent app, does what it says, some crashes, wouldn’t have bothered with a review except it asked for one every time I opened the app, so, here it is.
Smooth interface
I have been on the lookout for a new vault app as my old one is no longer updated. SmartSafe has a very modern ui. The slideshow is gorgeous, especially on videos. The video player is great too. It was easy to add photos, the app even puts your iOS “Hidden” and “Recently deleted” folders right at the top of the list! The Wi-fi transfer is another nice addition for moving stuff from phone to pc and the other way. These are HUGE improvements on my old vault. Unfortunately, I won’t be using SmartSafe for 2 reasons. 1. New albums are visible after the log in. What is the benefit to a locked album after you already logged into a locked app?? What I expect from a hidden album is: Put in one passcode to open album x Put another passcode to open album y I don’t want album x to know about the existence of album y, nevermind give a shortcut and icon. 2. Cloud backup. Seriously how/why do people trust some random app you got, to take your secret photos off your device and keep it on their own server. Stuffs probably encrypted, but how well? Could a disgruntled ex-employee de-crypt every users files? I don’t actually care for those answers because it’s much more secure to just not have cloud backup. Finally all these other 5 star, 5 word reviews look suspicious to me 🤨🤔
