Pathetic website and app as well as service. Website can’t add cities of departure and destination, same issue with the app.

This application crushes everytime, and the website of PIA is also worst, not showing the list of source and destination cities since many days.

I traveled by PIA 29 time in the last year. I experienced wonderful travelling, intime flights, good menu, great service, comfortable seats. Flight take off and landing were amazing and smooth. Great service by PIA

What a third class app ! App tells about the quality of airline .

The most nonsense application there is no booking from different cities in Pakistan

Poor! The National Airlines has poor sanitary conditions, the most uncomfortable seats, the flights are never on time, hyped up fares, baggage handling is also immature! There institutional issues cause a lot problems for the passengers! They just send you a text that your flight is cancelled and you are re-adjusted 2 days later!! What do you know about people’s emergencies!! PIA needs to improve otherwise people will opt for it’s contemporaries and it will be abandoned! Alas! What do they care it’s a national institution being sucked by leeches!!
