It’s been almost a year I booked pia from Tokyo to isb. It got cancelled and I’m waiting for refund. It’s been almost a year but they did not give our hard earned money back. We work hard and finally visit family at the end of the year. PIA customer service is not helping me but asking to just wait.

I traveled by PIA 29 time in the last year. I experienced wonderful travelling, intime flights, good menu, great service, comfortable seats. Flight take off and landing were amazing and smooth. Great service by PIA

What a third class app ! App tells about the quality of airline .

Poor! The National Airlines has poor sanitary conditions, the most uncomfortable seats, the flights are never on time, hyped up fares, baggage handling is also immature! There institutional issues cause a lot problems for the passengers! They just send you a text that your flight is cancelled and you are re-adjusted 2 days later!! What do you know about people’s emergencies!! PIA needs to improve otherwise people will opt for it’s contemporaries and it will be abandoned! Alas! What do they care it’s a national institution being sucked by leeches!!
