Missed my delivery window by over an hour and food arrived spoiled after not being refrigerated. Shopping was done 2 hours before they delivered and yogurt was just sitting out in warm space the entire time. First and last time I'm using this app

Just made my first order in this app. However, I can’t turn off notifications for deals or other notification not related to the orders I will make.

Why does the app limit the number of vouchers that can be used per transaction? Some vouchers (ex. Giftaway) are e-gift certificates and is good as cash. Restricting these types of vouchers is like telling your users to use only one 500 peso bill and pay the rest in 50s or 100s. Not cool

Would be a good app without too much notifications in a day. It looks like hard selling.

They said the prepaid card has insufficient funds even when I’m literally staring at the balance and it has way more than enough to cover it. Then 4 of them proceed to text me over a stretch of hours to ask for payment even though I have ALREADY settled it over gcash and showed screenshots of the payment to previous agents. Get it together.

Shoppers changes an item from my order without contacting me first, making the total price higher than before. This is not acceptable

Not helpful app on chat. Was trying to find out about delivery marked by store as ready but not yet picked up. Target deadline in 7 minutes. Definitely late. No advice. App not helpful either. Will drop this service

I always placed my order ahead of time yet they will process and deliver it late

They get your credit card, store it, allow a transaction and then suddenly hold all other transactions until you send them an email with your credit and valid ID. A requirement that never existed before and is absolutely random.
