The fuel app doesn’t work, it used to work but now it hasn’t worked for over a year now. In fact it refuses to even accept my fuel payment card, yet the same card works fine at the pump

Why i need to login again and again, when i have to open this app.The automatic logout feature is highly disruptive. It logs out too frequently. Re-entering credentials repeatedly is frustrating.

Apparently the Company only thinks on USA, and forget that they have presence in Canada

I provided my info to register, received the registration email to confirm - did everything. But at no point am I asked to provide a password. The app and the site provide two options: login or register. The registration process is incomplete. I tried “Forgot password?” but I receive an email that says my address isn’t in the database. So, this is a useless app. Can’t complete registration, can’t sign in, can’t add myRewards card. There’s no reason to get a card, if it can’t be registered.

App doesn’t show how many people are left in front of you for shower. At least check how Loves app works and learn something people.

Always glitching and lagging, can’t process simple operations… don’t know who’s their IT team but they need to change them…

Registration is convoluted. Wants to open your built in email app. I use gmail then it sends you backto the App Apple Store. Went around in circles 3/4 times. Deleted.

Many days of bad experience with the utterly slow or non working app. And it only gets worse. Now logging me out everyday and many times will not let me login back. I do not believe that 4.5 stars are genuine Can read mostly poor ratings. NO, I’m not willing to delete and re install the app every time the developer releases an update. It demonstrates a poor level of professionalism. What would be if every single app we have should be reinstalled after every update???
