Trucker Tools FAQ
Is Trucker Tools free?
Yes, Trucker Tools is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Trucker Tools legit?
⚠️ The Trucker Tools app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
As a truck driver I am being ‘required’ to download this app on my own personal device in order for some aggressive load broker to track me and my every move whilst delivering a load which my employer got for me. I’m not blaming my employer; they’re being forced into this nonsensical invasion of their employees’ privacy too by this load broker. It’s a bad app, a gross violation of one’s privacy and a sure way to make the trucking industry even less attractive to its current and potential driver force. Don’t download it.
alway dead ,frozen on my both iphones
i have to keep delete and download again as broker requires tracking
Not the only free app out there
Always a notification but no clue as to where the notification is from what part of the app. And I only installed it today on an employer's suggestion for them to track my load. The load got cancelled but tracking continues
US only
No Canadian content, why is this on the Canadian App Store anyway?
Tons of glitches, no contact or repost button
Good
Best app , i used this all over in USA and canada, really helpful for truckers!!!!
Very useful app
Much better than the crap out there for truckers. Works well in Alberta. Pull screen down to find 'home' button. I use it often.
needs work
Glad the program was free. No back screen options meant I had to delete the program just to get back to the home page. Checking out various apps. There are better available.
We will refuse any load that requires us to track a load using Tracking tools.

The app does not work and brokers fining (terrorizing us for not tracking).
Brokers use this app to scam drivers. They track drivers and then get the detention that belongs to driver and carrier, at the same time they fine carrier for not tracking.
How is this possible that this app and broker practices are not audited by law enforcement yet?
Tracking
Why when using this app I always get location updates from the brokers? Same excuse the tracking isn’t working.
Feedback - Unable to Track Multiple Loads at Once
Additional feature needs to be added to allow for multiple load tracking at the same time. There are some instances where 2 different brokers would use this tool to track and if a carrier is on one load for tracking but can’t track for another with another broker.
