Our famous Pilots “Free Flight” Atlas. Founded in 1998 as an App for iPhone and iPad.
Detailed mapping with selectable aeronautical overlays.
Create your charts with the information you choose. Add positions and notes and share with friends and colleagues.
Now increased functionality and global coverage to offer you an enhanced solution with just the right mix of land and sky with custom tailored charts and information.
Create your own map style, many different map layers and different databases (aeronautical / navigation-aids and Points of Interest´s etc.). Insert, store and/ or edit your flight planed route by using ICAO/ IATA-codes, waypoints, VOR´s NDB´s or Lat/ Long. Find positions with a separate Lat/ Long finder.
Insert and save your destination favorites, create trips, waypoints or notes directly on the map. Implement screen shots from your online-map into the offline-map.

App freezes all the time
This app is pretty useless as it freezes all the times. You have to close it completely, restart and pray that it will work for a few minutes...
Unusable and no support
I have an old paper version that I found useful (I am an Airline pilot) so I decided to give the electronic one a go. I went as far as purchasing one area (14$) to evaluate the product. Maps don’t download, I went on the website and emailed the Company but, after more than a week, got no reply. So far it’s a totally negative experience
Ripoff
I bought this app few years ago. It was sold as a one time purchase. Now it seems like my money wasn’t enough. Suddently I’m “offered” to pay again. My previous purchase seems to have disappeared.
Huge money for very little
Save your money. It’s really expensive and offers very little. Not very user friendly, in fact not much to say other than other apps are far better.
Doesn't work one the iPad Pro.
Been using this app for a while and while it's not the most Unser friendly at least it worked. Having just picked up an iPad Pro I'm sad to report that the app won't even download on the iPad. Not sure why but as far as I'm concerned it's bad compatibility, bad support and a bad app.
Crash
Dear Srs, App is crashing since the last update. I'm using iPad Pro 9'7 . Regards.
Cannot zoom in enough.
While using in offline mode (while flying), you cannot zoom in enough to get any detail - which makes the map portion of the app useless. Paid for maps - but they are useless in the air for reference. The other features are available free in other apps. Don't waste your money unless you have internet in the air.

Absolutely useless. Every time I try to use in the air it doesn't let me use the content I paid for. Asking me to log on again. I can do that when I'm on the ground again. But I work in an airline flying to every continent and long flights. So to me it's useless. I regret buying it. And with the amount spend on the in app purchases you should think they would reply to support questions. I wrote 3 times the last months. Zero replies. Absolutely waste of money
Not very useful when in airplane mode
Can't zoom beyond 1-1/2 inch= 560 miles. Can't see any terrain detail features to use as point of interest. Useless airborne. Bought the North America map pack. Worthless. No tutorial.
