App not working so PIVO useless!!?
Just received new PIVO and tried to set it up but the APP doesn’t allow you to create an account, so the whole thing is useless!!?

Bluetooth not working
Bought a sitting elephant that doesn’t work with Bluetooth not able to connect and their website support is crap.
Unable to connect pivo to phone!
The app crashes the minute you click connect. Please advise on issue and how use the product. May I request for a refund & have the item returned?
App crashes when I press the ‘connect’ button
The app was working fine before the update, now it just crashes when I hit the connect button on the first page. #help
App crashes at registration screen
Currently unable to make use of the app as it does no go beyond the registration screen - tested on iPad too. Please fix!
Not great tracking horses!
PIVO is a great idea, but it really isn’t great tracking horses in an arena. So frustrating!
Clinic lessons
PIVO is an excellent tool for filming lessons from a 3 day clinic and sending them to YouTube to be available for the riders. I use an external battery to assure that neither PIVO or my phone runs out of power during the day.
So Imperfect
It does what it wants. It might track my horse for a while, then decides it’s tired and stops. The parts it gets are fine, but sometimes it’s several minutes before I notice it wasn’t tracking.
Pivo
Pivo is a great product; I am enjoying it. My only complaint is the noise it makes when capturing your movements.
Lost footage
I love the Pivo pod and this app for tracking my riding, but be sure to download all of your gallery before updating the app. I just lost everything…
