Not convenient
App is pretty slow. It’s also non functioning after 10pm. So cannot access anything. So if I need to cancel a 6am class last minute I would have to wake up for 4am to cancel??

Confusing app
The app and booking process is way too complicated!
Good but not quite there
The app has the potential to be great but it feels old and not smooth, definitely needs some work
Potential data breach
Downloaded the app as requested. After a constant back and forth between logging in and errors, I eventually managed to get into the app. I immediately switch on two factor authentication. Within 3 minutes of navigating it, I was booted out and told to long back in again. I go to use the same password, and it is incorrect. I then get a huge spam of emails requesting the log in codes. I go to change my password, which seems successful, go to log in with the new password and the app still won’t let me in. I’ve had another spam of emails sending me access codes which I have not asked for. There’s no direct links to help on the emails, and offices are closed so I can’t contact anyone. Tried contacting the sports centre I go to directly and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Please check my account and ensure it’s secure. I will be emailing now and attempting to call tomorrow. Not good!
Freezes each time!
Why does this app freezes every time?
Way too slow!!
App is far too slow to load classes and book, I’ve seen paint dry faster than this! Also regularly times out. Please fix!!
Clunky
Click on a date and the available classes take forever to load Likewise on trying to book a class, takes forever to get the green tick No option to remove yourself from a class that you wanted to be notified if spaces become available Please, please give push notifications for spaces on a class being available rather than email! A push notification reminders for classes 2 hours in advance would also be much appreciated
Very slow
This app is so slow to load when booking classes, it takes that long it times out so you have to keep going back in, it’s so frustrating!!

This app is so slow and I constantly get the message “request timed out” very frustrating.
The app has potential
Is not a bad idea for an app. Very slow overall, the loading times are excessive, specially for the classes or booking anything.
