So first off this game is absolutely INCREDIBLE. It’s so fun, addictive, and I never wanna stop. All of the scenarios also make it 10x better. But one thing. I feel like there should be more symptoms. Maybe like 3 more paths of symptoms like stomach ache, sore throat, and maybe headache.
