My son got this bear for Christmas. It was working and then we stopped using it for a while. now the app doesn’t work. It won’t connect to the bear and keeps saying it needs to update the bears files but doesn’t do it.

Bear and app used to work. New app does not work with previously connected bear. The only way I can get the bear to connect to the phone is to go to Bluetooth on the phone, attempt pairing, switch Poe on and press Bluetooth ear within 0.5 seconds of switching on. Bluetooth connects to phone, but app cannot recognize best.

I've tried the factory reset option in the app but that doesn't work. I placed new batteries in but my bear will not connect to Bluetooth! There is a brief "your bear requires a software update" button but it NEVER updates. It just fishes and goes away.

Can’t get the app to play on the bear, it’s says it suppose to but just keeps playing on the phone. No matter what options I pick. I agree the other review. The app is buggy and needs work.

Play on bear audio doesn’t work at all. Limited story tokens with no way to obtain more. A great idea and fun experience if it worked properly.

Garbage. App is stuck on “waiting for Poe to connect”

This product is an absolute waste. Upon downloading the app I got notifications 4 times in a row for updates. The app wouldn’t pair with Poe or download anything. I’m baffled as to how this product made it past beta testing and to the shelves. Do NOT recommend!

I had high hopes for this very expensive bear and app but I’m sorely disappointed. There is no way to reset the bear or to get him to connect to the app. Highly disappointed.
