The most disappointing experience. Too many flaws and problems. The customer service is shocking, basically not existent. It takes weeks to get an answer which is some random copy & pasted response. Don’t waste your money on this app.
I’ve tried them all (like seriously lol) and this is by far the least complicated, most amazing, easiest and just best planning platform ever! I use it for my business and it’s an absolute game changer!
It’s like you guys are trying to annoy customers. Do I really have to sign in from scratch every single time?
I have very happy with the app but for the past few weeks, I’ve had no access to my previously planned content with little resolve. I am on a paid plan so I expected more solutions or feedback from Plann but there hasn’t been any. There are also no customer service contact details only a FAQ which isn’t helpful. No communication around a refund as I haven’t had access to the services I’m paying for with a subscription. Very disappointed.
With this new login it asks me to update my login details when I put my login details it says my email address is already registered. I love this app but I can’t use it?

Hey guys, I am running a couple of Instagram accounts via your app, and it recently I am unable to switch between accounts. Like if I am currently on my personal account, and Plann tells me it’s time to post on another account. I open plann, take it to insta, but then the option of choosing the right account is missing. Then I have to go back to Insta, open the right account, and then go back to Plann. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for all your work 🙌🏻 it has made my social media work ten times easier
Hey guys... I've been using this app for a while now... But recently I haven't been able to post my images from plann. Everytime I try to copy and post... It goes to Instagram but says that it was unable to post and that I should be logged in. I am logged in on both sides (plann and Instagram)... Someone please help 🙏🏽... Plann has been the most user friendly scheduling app I've used so far.
I’ve been looking for a app like this to free up my time and still grow and build my instagram following. Best scheduling app by far 😍😍😍
I’ve only been using the free version for a few weeks, but I love how the creator of the app brings in that human element and 10 Min Masterclass is priceless. After watching the Masterclass and using it for a bit I definitely upgrading.
