I cannot log into my account to see my feed and plan it
Struggles to login always.
I used to have the app and I loved it. However after getting a new phone some time back it’s always given me issues when trying to login to the app again. I haven’t been able to use it for years because every time there are issues. Yes I use my username not email or number.
Account inactive
Hello, I’ve been trying to get my account reactivated but no one is getting back to me. I did not sign up for a renewal but my credit card was charged. Not happy.
Tried so many times, always disappointed
I’ve tried to use this app so many times. I really wanted to like it! But it’s just makes things so complicated and slow, that it’s just unusable. Dissatisfied and disappointed, every time.
It will keep logging you out and disconnecting from your insta account
I’m constantly getting logged out of my account. It has the option to “fix now” but it doesn’t work at all. Keeps telling me that there is an error and I must try again later but it’s been over a month and still not able to get in
Are they trying to lose users?
I used to love this app, the free version was useful and efficient. Even when IG launched their scheduling option, I was still planning on using Planoly, but one by one they’ve been eliminating editing options and tools that used to be free, and making them part of the paid plan. Why would I pay for something I can get for free from Instagram itself. Now that they’re limiting my uploads per month, I will be moving over to IG to schedule my content. This is a dying app anyways.
Buggy account
Was using Planoly for a few weeks and upgraded to include another social set. Suddenly I am no longer able to access my original account I was managing and I had to delete it and lost all my scheduled posts for the upcoming month. “We encountered an error while loading your account” is all I have been getting all day. Not impressed
