The game is really good ,but I was trying a lot to win,I can’t win 9 years old Magnus for years and nothing really helps me to get better at chess, those tactics and everything seems personally useless and helpless for me,I even asked the help of professional players ,but everyone says same stuff,I guess there is some big secret behind this game, someone would probably tell me that I need more practice,I do practice and play every day but I have lost infinite amounts of time and nothing seems to help me.If someone reads this message and would say that I am just crying ,is personally your opinion and wouldn’t even argue it.I am just a guy who wants to get better at this game , but nothing helps.Thanks for your attention if you read it.

this game like I said in the title is great!it’s very VERY helpful and effective for learning!if I could change 1 thing is that there’s more helpful hints without it costing too much money so it’s a bit easier to learn other than that it’s amazing!thankyou for making this game!

The app doesn’t work I paid for a membership & I don’t have access to any of it, this app is janky it will take your money and never give you access to any of the lesson plans - couldn’t have been more disappointed.
Lost my account and took my money.
I can’t log in to my account. It won’t email me a new password. Also I paid for some of your training videos long before one of your updates and after one of your updates I no longer had any of my videos. I want my money back.
