Zahlen und dann wiederholt sollte ich zahlen das ich meine YouTube Videos speichern kann? Ohne mich!! 🤯

“Saves“ but doesn’t download videos

13Drache on

This app looks stunning and is designed beautifully. Most YouTube downloaders for iOS look shady or are hiding features behind a free tier, so seeing this lovely design and the ability to EVEN save Netflix streams(!) on all Apple devices(!) sold me immediately. (Netflix doesn’t have a native Mac app anymore, unlike Windows). However, this app is only a bookmarking tool! You cannot watch “saved“ videos offline. I will refund my purchase and continue to “save“ videos with custom YouTube lists, with has the same functionality for me.

Crashes fequently

I'd give it 5 star if it wouldn't crash so often. And if the dev could make it so the playlists would update each time you would open the app or manually.

Only on iOS for me

I can use it only on my phone, because my iMac only runs 11.7 But ok, if the developer can make his life easier... I can use it on the iPad and the iPhone. No problem :) Maybe I can find a solution to stream video to my iMac from phone/tablet. Conclusion: I really like the concept with tags and collecting from different sources. Very helpful.

Tut was es soll

Die App ist gut und tut das, was versprochen wird. Jedoch ist das größte Widget nicht angepasst und sieht somit nicht schön aus. Eine Anpassung wäre gewünscht

No clear advantage over native youtube app

santosivosantos on

Germany

It’s a nice app but so far it offers no benefits in comparison to the youtube app as you still need to click the thumbnail and watch externally. Three stars since it at least allows me to open the video with privacy focused browser/website brave/invidious respectively. It would be great though if we could play invidious directly from the app instead of jumping to a safari window, that would give it a clear advantage over the native youtube app as you could watch the imbedded content directly from the app privately.

Super App!

Funktioniert wunderbar, solange man icloud nutzt.

Fehlende Features

farbmischa on

Germany

Very useful

I use "Play" to manage several "watch later" lists, and organize the videos by tags. This is very useful. The developer is active, kind and responsive. Thank you.

One of my favorite apps

It's great and has replaced the rugalr watch later tab for me. My wish: to be able to make your own separate playlist like top ten videos that you watch over and over again. Or a playlist with your favorite music found only on YouTube. :)
