Best workout app
I have tried a few other apps with workouts on them and never been too impressed. But I love this app, I like working out but I don’t like having to think about what I will have to do each day. This app takes that away. I use Alex Ruce as my trainer and her workouts are great! Definitely recommend this to everyone. Easy to use and well worth the money.
Life changing!!!
Todd Smith’s content has changed my life! His content ties in mindfulness with everything which has helped me stay on track and see real results. The Surreal Cycling part is so unique and makes me feel like I am in nature when riding indoors. This also helps me get on the bike more - again leading to better results.
Do Not Signup - Too Many Login Issues
App is great but if you have login issues you lose full access and receive no help. 12 days and I still can’t login and they simply keep telling me to restart or reinstall app (which I did of course). See recent reviews. DON’T waste your money like me.

Best work outs!
No more scrolling by through Instagram looking for workouts! There are so many choices. Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell workouts…if you’re not feeling that there’s mobility and stretches. I’ve been doing her workouts for a few months now and seeing great changes!
Login issues never go stop
This app has yet to work for me on my iphone14. Help resolved once then it started happening again. I gave up. Subscription auto renewed and now I’m back having trouble getting in. Only having email support is frustrating. It’s been 6 days with no reply.
Unable to access- support not helpful at all
Unfortunately I have to give this app 1 star. I signed up because I really like one of the creators in the app however I was never able to use it. I reached out to support and they stated they couldn’t locate my email and wanted me to sign up via their website. I already signed up via Apple so why would I need to sign up again? I sent them proof of my subscription confirmation and they never responded to me. I only had a 7 day free trial period, so after 3+ days of no access I just canceled the app and gave up. I figured if support is that unhelpful now I don’t want to be stuck in a paid subscription. I’m pretty bummed because I really like the content creator and would have loved to follow her programs but I have too many other apps I use and free content online to have to try and work with a support team that isn’t very “supportive”. :(
