Rolls work in bots favor
I’ve played this game for a few years and am rated high. I’ve consistently lost over the last year and started tracking: overly lucky for bots. Overly unlucky for me. As mentioned by others they sell chips. Makes sense for them to rig it against players.
Hacked and crooked
Unfortunately, the game developers are not capable of closing the back door to their app. The game is hacked. And … if it isn’t hacked … its worse … it is rigged to drain your chips. Don’t spend tour money here. And now, my chips will be drained even faster after this rating.

Totally Rigged & Fixed
Been playing for a few years, lately Playgem has decided to Rigg & Fix the games, Total B.S. Don’t waste your money buying chips or playing this game… They even take 10% of your winning pot, how’s that? I’m downloading another backgammon game, hope it isn’t as Rigged & Crooked as this one! No chat with opponents, because you are playing against a Bot! Total B.S.!

Glitches in the game
I have been playing this game for years. It has been my favorite of the online backgammon. For the past year I have been having issues with the game disconnecting from the server. When this happens I automatically loose the game. And depending on the game I can loose up to triple of the bet. I contact support and the reimburse my chips and then it happens again. I express my concern about this continuing to happen and ask if the problem is going to be resolved. I never receive and answer and obviously the problem continues.
