Plenitude On the Road

It took over 30 minutes to make an account and actually start the charging session. It asks for an insane amount of information that it does not need. If you make a mistake you have to start the whole process over. Atrocious.

The app and the service are crap. Their charging stations never work and neither does the app. I’ve spent many days and hours on the phone with their “customer assistance” and nobody for the life of them can help. If you take the time to send written messages, they do not even reply. Choose another company if you do not want to go crazy!

They ask personal information that they shouldn’t be using like DOB and other personal data. I’ve spent 45 minutes trying to make it work, but in the end I couldn’t connect the car and got stranded in the middle of nowhere, the only message I was receiving is blocked by WAF. Shame on the developers.

Crashes so much I can’t find a charging station and although it uses google maps API it doesn’t lead you to charging station or give exact addresses it’s not very helpful

Mappe molte lente nell’aggiornamento e visualizzazione. Non aggiunge il veicolo nonostante nell’elenco di default

Ho sempre caricato bene tramite la app, ma questa è fatta proprio male: 1. Geolocalizzazione lenta e poco intuitiva 2. Colonnine mostrare per gruppi finché non si zoomma al massimo 3. Spesso occorre rifare il login senza alcun motivo Peccato perché spesso ci sono aggiornamenti ma questi problemi restano; invece per la ricarica, come scritto, non ho mai avuto problemi

App inutile, a cosa serve creare e aggiornare una app del genere? Prezzi di ricarica altissimi assurdi una tra le peggiori compagnie in fatto di prezzi, da evitare, fatevi due conti e ne converrete tutti. Alla larga da Becharge

Costa €0,90/kWh mentre a casa nostra costa €0,12/kWh. Da supercharger di Tesla costa 0,42/kWh. Semplicemente non ne vale la pena, da evitare a tutti i costi.

Prezzi troppo alti per le dc e le ac. Dal 27 maggio addirittura hanno tolto qualsiasi forma di abbonamento.

La mia prima volta è stata pessima, 60 euro di ricarica per una quantità pari al 30% di batteria, nessuna rendicontazione da questa app, ho visto l’addebito dal cc il giorno dopo.
