How do companies put up such poor quality?!

Voltage info is nowhere to be found in the new app. Still can't manage load sharing.

Changing my one star review. It turns out that it wasn’t the app. It was the chargers that are installed in our building. Something happened with the Wi-Fi and and or power.

Hot garbage. Like super fire hot. I just want to charge the darn car. Can’t do the most basic thing.

I have had this juice box since 2017 and with the original app there was never a problem. Since the forced migration to the enelXway app, I've had it not charge at all overnight ( which is not what you want to find out in the morning), take 20 minutes to connect to wifi and my car which means I have to hover by the juice box and keep checking the app before I feel safe to assume it's working; and then tonight it just wouldn't connect at all. I reloaded the app, I power cycled the juice box, I re-entered the wifi details and reset the router many times over the course of an hour. I finally reached customer service and had to walk through each of those steps again. Then I was asked to connect to a set up web page. I tried 3 different browsers and got 'page not found' each time. Finally the customer service guy disconnected the box from the app. So now there's no ability to schedule or monitor but I think I may keep it this way. App is worse than useless.

At home too often it does not initiate charging. I have communicated this with the company and have not received a response. I charge overnight ready to drive in the morning. When preparing for a long trip the consequences are serious.

I don’t need a smart charger, I need a charger that works all the time. I don’t need to tell it what car I drive or schedule times, I need it to work every time I plug it in. The new app it awful.

I just came back to say they have not resolved the issues with the “new and improved” app. I am unable to set my car and it’s parameters in the app, so the app does not regulate the amount of charge my car receives. My car charges to 100% energy night even though that is not what I want. It also charges immediately instead of reaching max charge just before I need it. If you have a newer EV that allows you to control charge at the car it will not be a problem for you, but then you also don’t need this “smart” charger and instead you can get a much less expensive charger. Look elsewhere this company is now focused on a global network of fee based chargers not home charging.

Original app was great & showed what was happening with charge, flow and let you know when vehicle was complete, etc New app stops charger, disconnects from wifi frequently and like a lot of other people just literally makes it hard to charge. Went back on overnight charges to trickle charger as it just plain works. Want to charge more quickly and feel ripped off. Btw got this and another from Costco and I’m going to test that return policy!

Never got a single light from the JuiceBox, the unit just refuses to connect to the Wi-fi, causing the app to be extra baggage on my phone. There is literally no point in this app without the unit connected. Other devices connect in the garage, but the JuiceBox remains steadfastly stubborn in its refusal.
