Can’t login
I signed up for an account and I can’t login. I request to change my password to try again. I don’t still can’t login. It is broken and useless. Doesn’t matter if you signup on the website or phone app still doesn’t work.

I can’t create an account. I tried few times. Even got in touch with them.
登録できない
登録できないし、「アカウントを作れませんでした、またトライして下さい」というようなメッセージのみ出てきて、何故登録できないのかもわからない。即削除しました。
Cannot even register
The app and website is broken that you cannot register at all. Just says there was an error. Sent an email as instructed and 2 weeks later still no response.
Impossible to register
Their system of picture identification is trash
